(Ottawa, ON) -The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is presently investigating a motor vehicle collision on Highway 416 northbound between Bankfield Road and Fallowfield Road.
At approximately 4:10 am on December 14, 2013, a collision occurred involving two tractor trailers. One person was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries and remains in critical condition.
Highway 416 has now been re-opened.
The collision in under investigation and the OPP is asking anyone who may have any information in relation to this collision to contact the detachment at 613-270-9171.
