(SEVERN, TOWNSHIP) – On Saturday December 14th, 2013 at 11:54 p.m., Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P) were contacted in relation to a single motor vehicle in the ditch with a possible impaired driver.
Officers attended and located the vehicle on Division Road West in Severn Township. The vehicle was being driven by a female party who was arrested at the scene.
Jennifer OLDHAM, age 38, of Campbellford, Ontario has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
– impaired CARE AND CONTROL of a motor vehicle
– Operate a motor vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams blood/alcohol
The accused was held in custody until sober and then released on a Promise to Appear. She will be appearing in an Orillia court on January 7th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
