(POINT EDWARD, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) program on Venetian boulevard on December 14, 2013 when the driver of a Volvo vehicle entered the RIDE area after 11:00 p.m.
During the subsequent investigation, the driver was arrested and he was required to provide further breath samples, however, Lambton OPP allege that the driver failed to provide those samples.
Michael POIRIER, 55 years of age of Sarnia, has a Sarnia court date of January 12, 2014 to answer to the allegation of fail or refuse to provide a sample.
