(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 52 year old woman with a Drinking and Driving offence after checking a vehicle on Abbey Road, Haldimand County, ON.
On Sunday December 15th, 2013 at approximately 10:50 pm an officer checked a 2006 green Chev pickup truck parked on Abbey Road and while speaking with the driver detected evidence of alcohol consumption was detected which led to the driver being arrested.
Charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with over the Legal Limit of Alcohol is 52 year old Cynthia TRIMBLE of Haldimand County, ON . She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
