(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On December 13, 2013, at approximately 6:49 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Wellington Road 21, Centre Wellington. During the investigation, the male driver of a 2011 Toyota showed signs of alcohol consumption.
James McBRIDE age 58 of Waterloo has been charged with Impaired and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 17, 2014 to answer to the charge.
