(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On December 14, 2013, at approximately 12:05 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a vehicle that left the road and entered a ditch on Highway 89, Wellington North. During the investigation, the male driver of a 2001 Suzuki showed signs of alcohol consumption. There were no injuries reported.
James PIZZEY age 28 of Essa Twp. has been charged with Care and Control while Impaired and Care and Control Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 10, 2014 to answer to the charge.
