Operating While Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample, contrary to Section 254(3)(5) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody on a promise to appear with a court date of January 8, 2014 in Picton.
