(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have released the name of the 60 year old London man who was taken into custody after failing to stop for OPP on December 19, 2013. He has been identified as Thomas CARLISLE, age 60, from London, ON. He has been charged with:
Mischief – Interfere With Lawful Use, Enjoyment of Property under the Criminal Code of Canada
Flight While Pursued by Peace Officer under the Criminal Code of Canada
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle under the Criminal Code of Canada
The driver remains in custody and will appear in a Chatham court on December 23, 2013, to answer to the charges.
