(South Dundas) – On 21Dec13, at approximately 1:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on County Road 18, South Dundas Township.
The investigation revealed that a female and her ex-boyfriend were involved in a verbal altercation that resulted in the male assaulting the female.
The 27yr old male was arrested and faces charges of:
– Assault – Spousal
– Overcome Resistance by Attempting to Choke, Suffocate or Strangle another person
He is scheduled to appear 07Jan14 in Cornwall court.
