(North Glengarry) – On 21Dec13, at approximately 9:00pm, SD&G OPP had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on Bishop St. Alexandria On.
The stop revealed that the 59yr old male driver (Nick CHRISOVERGIS of North Glengarry) was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Driving with more than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood
He is scheduled to appear 08Jan14 in Alexandria court.
