(LAKESHORE, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore is investigating a fail to remain collision that occurred on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at approximately 6:00 p.m.
A cyclist was riding northbound on Essex County Road 35 between Lakeshore Road 305 and Settler Side road in Comber when he was struck by a northbound vehicle. The vehicle then fled the scene.
The cyclist sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash.
The vehicle is described as an older model grey or silver Chrysler Intrepid which lost its passenger side mirror as a result of the crash.
