(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 56 year old male with a Drinking and Driving related offence after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at an Old Highway 24, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, December 23, 2013 at approximately 7:04 a.m., police were called to investigate a motor vehicle collision at an Old Highway 24 and Thompson Road West address.
As a result of investigation, police subsequently arrested and charged 56 year old Charles Harry Brent SMITH of Norfolk County, Ontario with Fail to stop at scene of accident and Driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
