(JOYCEVILLE, ON) – On December 25, 2013 at approximately 10:45am, staff of the Pittsburgh Institution, attempted to locate an inmate, Michael BIRD, 41, but could not.
During the late hours of December 25, 2013, he was located and arrested by the Kingston Police Service. He was held in custody to appear for a bail hearing today in Kingston.
