(COLLINGWOOD, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a male driver with ‘over 80’ as a result of a vehicle stop on Rodney Street in Collingwood.
On the 27th of December 2013 at approximately 3:00am, an officer on patrols conducted a vehicle stop on Rodney Street in Collingwood. Upon speaking to the driver it was found that he had consumed alcohol. He was subjected to a roadside breath test which resulted in a ‘fail’ reading and as such he was arrested and transported to Collingwood detachment for processing.
Charged is 20 year-old Justin STEWART of Wasaga Beach, he is facing a charge of driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood (commonly referred to as over 80) and is to appear in Collingwood court on the 14th of January 2014.
