(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- On Tuesday December 24, 2013 at 1:59am, Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a business at 85 Queen Street South in the Town of New Tecumseth for a report of some intoxicated males fighting in the business; the males left the business before Police arrival.
Police arrived in the area and quickly located the males on Adeline Street. After a short investigation, it was apparent that the assault was consensual between the males. Police arrested 23 year old Ryan FLAHIVE from the Town of New Tecumseth, he is charged under the Liquor Licence Act of Ontario with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place.
