The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
On September 13, 2013, the man was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000 in regards to the theft of an electric scooter in Wallaceburg. The man was released with conditions pending a future court date. On October 25, 2013, the man failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Last night around 9:30 p.m. police located the man on Dufferin Avenue and he was arrested on the outstanding warrant. Taylor Ermatinger, 20 years, of Austin Road on Walpole Island was released with conditions pending a future court date.
