Barrie Police were called by a witness to a Penetang St apartment for a report of a loud family dispute. Police were told two females sounded as if they were in distress.
Police arrived and could hear the females yelling and screaming. After enterering the apartment, Police realized two young girls had been play fighting with an intoxicated male.
However, a large bag of marihuana was visible on a coffee table as well as several bongs”.
A 18 year old and a 17 yr old male admitted to owning the drugs.
The mother of the two children was on scene and cautioned for allowing illegal drugs in close contact with her children.
