(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On December 22, 2013 at approximately 2:34 a.m. the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a mischief call at the Traveller’s Lodge in Parry Sound. Police attended the business and investigated a broken glass door. Police located an intoxicated male not far from the scene.
Nicholas Langille, 24 years of age from Barrie, was charged with the following:
Mischief Under $5,000, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Being Intoxicated in a Public Place, contrary to the Liquor Licence Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on January 23, 2014 to answer to the charges.
