(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On December 24, 2013 at approximately 5:17 p.m. the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a domestic dispute in McKellar Township that led to impaired driving charges.
The victim called 9-1-1 when the male wouldn’t give up the keys to their vehicle. The male left the residence in the vehicle and returned a short time later. Police arrived at the residence and placed the intoxicated male under arrest.
The 41 year old male from McKellar Township was charged with Driving while Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on January 23, 2014 to answer to the charges.
