(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 27, 2013 at approximately 2:42 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers set up a R.I.D.E program on Watson Road South, and north of Arkell Road, Guelph-Eramosa Township. A male driver of a 1999 Chevrolet entered the checkpoint. During the stop officers began an investigation which resulted in the seizing marihuana.
Bryan NICHOLLS age 33 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 24, 2014 to answer to the charge.
