(ESSA, ON)- On December 31, 2013 at 4:00am, a resident on Queen Street in Essa found a newspaper box beside his driveway.
The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate and found the newspaper box had been tampered with and the coin compartment had been removed. Police seized the box to return to its rightful owner.
