(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON)- On December 30th 2013 at 9:11pm, Members from the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. program on County Road 50 at County Road 1 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.
A vehicle approached the R.I.D.E. program and was stopped by Police, an investigation ensued between Police and the driver, the driver was arrested and brought to Nottawasaga OPP Detachment for a breath test.
Charged is 30 year old Innisfil resident, Phillip ABRAHAM, he is charged with Over 80 mgs of alcohol, under the Criminal Code of Canada. He will make his first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice on January 23, 2014.
