DRIVER CHARGED IN TWO VEHICLE COLLISION

(SOUTHWEST OXFORD TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On December 29, 2013 shortly after 3:30 p.m., the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a two vehicle, motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Foldens Line at Karn Road, in Southwest Oxford Township.

The collision occurred when a Buick vehicle traveling eastbound on Karn Road stopped at the stop sign but failed to yield, colliding with a GMC vehicle travelling southbound on Foldens Line. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage. A passenger involved in the collision was treated for minor injuries.
