(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 4, 2013 at approximately 2:14 a.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Festive R.I.D.E Team set up a R.I.D.E. spot check on Highway 7 and Woolwich-Guelph Townline, Guelph-Eramosa Township. At this time and location officers investigated the occupants of a vehicle that entered into the checkpoint and marihuana was seized.
Lory STACK age 39 of Kitchener has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 7, 2014 to answer to the charge.
Daniela CISAR age 41 of Kitchener has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 11, 2014 to answer to the charge.
