(COLLINGWOOD, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a break and enter to a residence in the Town of Collingwood and are asking for the public’s help in solving this crime.
The incident took place on the 7th of January 2014 at approximately 2:45pm when police received a call for a break and enter to a residence on Cedar Street near First Street in Collingwood. The culprits, two males, fled from the residence shortly after being discovered by the homeowner who was at home when this incident took place. The culprits were last seen running towards the back lot of 345 First Street however fled the area prior to police arrival. Investigation is continuing.
The two males are described as being approximately 5’8 or 5’9″
