On January 12, 2014, at 2:49 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle at Kortright Road and the Hanlon Expressway after radar captured a speed of 140 km/hr in the 80 km/hr zone. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Sinisa GRAHOVAC, 26 years of Guelph, has been charged with drive over 80mg under the Criminal Code and stunt driving – excessive speed and speeding under the Highway Traffic Act. He will appear in court on January 28, 2014.
