(CALEDON, ON) – On January 11, 2014 at approximately 3:45 pm, an officer from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate a family dispute. Upon arrival at the Bolton residence, the officers met with a male and female who were intoxicated. Throughout the investigation, officers learned that the female was bound by a Probation Order with a condition to abstain from the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
As a result of the breach, Karen Lynn McMAHON, 44, of Caledon, was arrested for Breach of Probation.
The accused was held in custody and made a court appearance the following day at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
