(East-Hawkesbury, ON) On January 12th 2014, in the Municipality of East-Hawkesbury, while on patrol, OPP Constable Jean-Alexandre Robillard Cardinal observed a 2013 Nissan Titan traveling on Front Road. A verification of the licence plate revealed that the owner of the vehicle was suspended from driving. The vehicle was consequently intercepted for investigation. The owner of the vehicle was found at the wheel of his vehicle.
Éric PARISIEN (27 yrs) of Gourley Road in East-Hawkesbury, was charged with section 53(1) of the Ontario Highway Traffic Act for Driving while under suspension.
He is scheduled to appear at the L’Orignal Court on February 6th at 9am.
