(BROOKE-ALVINSTON, ON) On January 11, 2014 at around 4:30 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to reports of a Dodge pickup in the ditch in the area of Petrolia Line and Sutorville Road. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. He was subsequently arrested and 23 year old Charles GRAY from Brooke-Alvinston will appear in a Sarnia court on February 3, 2041 to speak to the charges of impaired driving and fail to provide a breath sample. No injuries were reported.
