(HALIBURTON, ON) – On January 15, 2013 following an investigation by officers of the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) a male party has been arrested. As part of our local OPP Crime Abatement Strategy, an investigation led to the arrest of Kenneth FOWLER-ADAMS, 21 years of age from the Township of Algonquin Highlands Ontario. The accused has been charged with the following offences:
Fail to comply with Recognizance of Bail
Possession of a Controlled substance
The accused was held for a bail hearing on January 16, 2014 in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay, Ontario.
