(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 13, 2014, just before 2:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Honda vehicle on Highway 401 westbound near Victoria Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, it was revealed that the passenger, 22 year old Jamal EDWARDS, from Toronto, ON, had falsely identified himself to officers.
The male appeared in a Chatham court on January 14, 2014, to answer to the charge of Obstruct Peace Officer, under the Criminal Code of Canada.
