(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 15, 2014, at approximately 10 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling behind the Fergus Community Centre and came across a parked 2002 Audi. Officers spoke with the male and female occupants and during the investigation, suspected marihuana was seized.
Joseph COURVOISIER age 19 of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 18, 2014 to answer to the charge.
