(MELANCTHON , ON) -On Sunday January 19,2014 at approximately 3:36 pm Dufferin OPP responded to a 3 vehicle minor personal injury collision on King’s Highway 10 at 250 Sideroad in Melancthon Township.
Investigation revealed that the collision involved 3 vehicles that were involved in rear end collision. The weather at the time was blowing snow with white-outs and extremely poor visibility. One driver was taken to Headwaters Health Centre by Dufferin EMS with minor injuries and released.
Police remind motorists not to travel extreme weather conditions. This is not only dangerous for drivers and occupants of vehicles involved but also endangers Police Fire and EMS personal who respond to these collisions.
