OPP CHARGE MAN FOR THEFTS FROM L.C.B.O.

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 21, 2014, at approximately 3:08 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report about a male that stole alcohol from the L.C.B.O. located in Fergus and had left the store. Police located a male fitting the description nearby and was arrested. He was also seen stealing alcohol on previous days but was not apprehended on those occasions.

Christopher Weber age 36 of Drayton is charged with Theft Under $5000 X4, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, and Fail to Comply with Probation Order, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 28, 2014
