(ESSEX COUNTY, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to warn the public of dangerous road conditions on Highway 401 in Essex County.
Due to blowing and drifting snow and frigid temperatures, Highway 401 is experiencing intermittent whiteout conditions. This is occurring in both east and westbound lanes through Essex County.
The public is reminded to drive according to road conditions and give yourself extra time to get to your destination safely.
