(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a property on Mount Pleasant Road for a possible impaired driver blocking a laneway.
At approximately 10:30 p.m. Sunday January 26th, 2014, officers arrived at the property on Mount Pleasant Road. While the officer was talking to the female driver of the vehicle, she observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Arlene WRIGHT 52 years of age from the Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation is facing the following Criminal charges
Care and Control Over 80 milligrams
Care and Control While Impaired
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on February 7th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
