(SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON) – One person has been charged after Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a traffic complaint.
During the early morning hours of January 26th, 2014, Sioux Lookout OPP received a report of a traffic complaint on Sturgeon Meadows North Road. Police located the vehicle and spoke to the male driver. Investigation revealed that the male had been consuming alcohol.
The driver provided samples of his breath which were found to be above the legal limit.
John TUNKKARI (31 years) of Thunder Bay has been charged with Operate Motor Vehicle Over 80 Milligrams and Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and was released by way of Promise to Appear.
