(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service would like to advise that Reagan KAVANAGH, 19 years old, of Ottawa has turned himself in to police.
He was wanted on Canada Wide Warrant following Project Anarchy.
Ravinder GREWAL, 32 years old, and Bassam ELOUTA, 34 years old, both from Toronto remain at large and are still wanted on Canada Wide Warrants.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of GREWAL and ELOUTA are asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service or their local police service. These men are considered dangerous.
