(Oro-Medonte, ON) – On February 1st, 2014 at 12:23 am an officer from the Barrie detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for speeding on County Rd 93 in Oro-Medonte Township. As a result of the investigation, Randolph OSBOURNE age 50 years of Springwater Twp has been charged for Driving a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Level Exceeding the Legal Limit.
OSBOURNE is scheduled to appear at the Provincial Courts in Barrie on Monday February 24th, 2014.
