(North Glengarry) – On February 1, 2014 at approximately 7:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of an unwanted intoxicated male at a property on County Road 43, North Glengarry Township. The male became aggressive when confronted by officers.
Roch RICHER (51) of North Glengarry was arrested and is charged with;
– Resist Peace Officer
– Being Intoxicated in a Public Place (Liquor Licence Act)
– Fail to Leave Premises when Directed (Trespass to Property Act)
He was released on the criminal charge to appear in Alexandria court on March 5, 2014.
