(NORWICH, ON.) – On January 29, 2014 at approximately 10:30 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members while on foot patrol observed two people sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot in Norwich.
Investigation resulted in the arrest of two males.
Police have charged 19 year old Jonathan DENDEKKER of Otterville, and 19 year old Jeremy RYKSEN of Norwich Township under the Criminal Code of Canada with:
Adult Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams
Both accused are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock Court on February 25, 2014.
