(QUINTE WEST, ON) – Snowfall yesterday in the Quinte Region amounted to 14.9 centimeters with reduced visibility from heavy snow and blowing snow.
During the snow storm February 5th the Quinte West OPP report only four motor vehicle collisions, all the collisions were minor in nature and none of the collisions involved anyone requiring medical attention.
The Quinte West OPP would like to remind motorists to continue to exercise extra caution while travelling roads during poor weather conditions and if they don’t need to travel avoid the roads.
