FRONTENAC, ON) – On February 5, 2014, the Frontenac Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a 61-year-old man for sexual offences that occurred between 1970 and 1997 in South Frontenac Township against two female victims who were young persons at the time.
The investigation was launched in October 2013 and as a result, police have charged George William BOAL, 61 of Kingston with several counts of:
Rape
Indecent assault
Sexual Intercourse with a female under 14
Beastiality
He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge undertaking to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Kingston, on February 27, 2014.
