(ODESSA, ON)- On February 6th at 8:06 p.m. Officers with the Loyalist OPP and OPP Highway Safety Division responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Highway 401 westbound near County Road 4 in Loyalist Township.
Officers located a grey Honda on its side in the north ditch.
As a result of the investigation the male driver was arrested for impaired driving.
Charged with over 80 mgs and impaired operation of a motor vehicle is 37 year-old Aaron CHAMPKEN of Oshawa. CHAMPKEN is also charged with having open liquor in his vehicle.
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on February 25th.
