(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 30 year old male with drinking and driving related offences at a Cleary Av, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday February 15th, 2014 at approximately 2:50 am Police received a call from a concerned citizen advising of a vehicle that appeared to be stuck in the snow and no one was around. A check of the vehicle identified as a grey 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix car located a lone occupant. After a discussion with the officer he was arrested for Care and Control of a motor vehicle.
Charged with Care and Control of a motor vehicle while Impaired and Care and Control of a motor vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol is 30 year old Kevin BAGLOLE of Haldimand County ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
