(HALIBURTON, ON) – Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated thefts of cigarettes from the Pioneer Gas Station on Highway 35 in the Township of Minden Hills Ontario. During December 2013 a quantity of cigarettes were stolen from the retail outlet. As a result, Jason LEVELY age 43 and Pamela LEVELY age 42 both from Minden Ontario have been charged with Theft Under $5000 and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden Ontario on March 05, 2014.
