(PICKLE LAKE, ON) – On February 12, 2014 shortly after 6:00pm, officers with the Pickle Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) check on Highway 599 at Pickle Lake Road and located a quantity of marihuana in a passenger vehicle that was stopped.
As a result of an investigation, twenty-nine year old Deborah MUCKUCK of Pickle Lake, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Marihuana) for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Pickle Lake March 21, 2014.
