While conducting general patrol at 1:45 a.m. this morning a member of the community patrol division observed a female running down James Street, Blenheim. The officer searched the area and located the female hiding in the back yard of a residence. Investigation revealed the 16 year old female is presently bound by a curfew condition as well as a residency condition, both of which she was found to be breaching. The 16 year old female who resides in Blenheim was arrested and charged with Two (2) counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. She has been held in police custody pending a bail hearing.
