On Thursday, January 16, 2014 at approximately 11:00 p.m., a lone male entered a gas station on Wellington Road and demanded cash. He fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
On Friday, January 17, 2014 at approximately 12:20 a.m., a lone male entered a variety store on Wellington Road, not far from the previous robbery. The man demanded money but did not obtain any from the store.
We are investigating these two incidents with the possibility of it being the same suspect for both. Weapons were not involved in either robbery.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 6’0 tall
