A 41 year old Barrie man was arrested for an outstanding warrant in a southwest Barrie apartment. The arrest warrant alleges the accused broke into an Essa Road store in December 2013 and stole lottery tickets. That same day, the accused took the stolen lottery tickets to another Essa Road store to claim the prize money. The accused was captured on video surveillance. The accused was also charged with two counts of breaching his Recognizance and two counts of breaching his Probation. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
